Can a religious journey carry messages for all humanity?
Hajj is not just a religious ritual, but a human message that can be understood by all people.
In it, a Muslim learns forgiveness, letting go of anger and choosing pardon in pursuit of God’s pleasure.
They experience the meaning of peace with God and with themselves, so their heart becomes calm and their inner self is purified.
Mercy also becomes visible, as they see others as brothers and sisters despite differences in language and culture.
They return to their innate human nature (fitrah), stripped of appearances and standing equal with everyone.
In Hajj, faith does not remain an idea, but turns into behavior toward others.
For this reason, a person comes back more aware and closer to true values.
