What is the path to true freedom?
Many think that freedom is to follow desires without restraint, but that only leads to slavery of the self. Freedom in Islam is liberation from every form of servitude except to Allah alone: “And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path.” [Ya-Sin 36:61].
True freedom is to live by the light of truth, not the darkness of whims.
